Pros
- Remote Work Options - Responsive IT team and technical support - Variation in work projects - "Unlimited" time off (FTO)
Cons
- Fixed mindset intent on maintaining the status quo - "THIS IS THE WAY WE HAVE ALWAYS DONE IT. DO NOT CHANGE ANYTHING., EVEN IF OUR CUSTOMERS ARE NOT HAPPY." - Childish, Passive Aggressive People hired to fill "Management Roles" at various levels who don't know the first thing about Leadership or Organizational Development picking favorites, like High School Cliques, amongst select team members, who initiate and fuel gossip in team meetings about team members that are not present (Can you say "illegal and awkward"?) while ignoring other team members that are not "yes sir" type people and that have not been selected to be part of the High School Clique - Unqualified, incompetent employees at all levels (See above) "thriving" at NSF because they are not qualified to work anywhere else, let alone, at NSF into the roles for which they are being paid...at least they get a paycheck so they can pay their mortgages and maintain a roof over their heads
