Multiple cycles of layoffs during my year an a half. They would go through phases of hiring smart, capable individuals and would either run them into the ground or let them go in the name of OPEX savings.
Turnover was absolutely insane. I am honestly surprised that the organization is still profitable. The only reason they are able to continue to hire workers is because they hire entry level recruiters.
There is absolutely no integrity in leadership throughout any of the departments which is one of the NSC "core values". The leadership team was constantly unprofessional and several manager level and above employees were able stay with the organization even after many issues and offenses.
