      Very poor management team, Outdated way of conducting business. Higher level management was extremely toxic and micromanaged every decision.

      Pros

      Good salary and benefits, and great coworkers. Workload balance was fairly distributed and management was respectful of work-life balance.

      Cons

      Small organization so not a lot of room for growth. Benefits were reduced over time due to budget cuts which is why I left.
