Innovative Technology: NS1 continues to amaze me with it's next-level technology. Our Product and Engineering teams are always working to further improve our product suite while also building out new products. I've never been at a company where an idea can turn into reality so quickly. Supportive & Inspiring Culture: I joined NS1 without a background in DNS. I was extremely supported while I ramped up and never felt like I didn't have anyone to turn to for help. I've never been surrounded by so many intelligent people that are always looking to learn more. Customer-First Approach: Coming from a Customer Success background it's great to be a company that really puts it's customers first and strives to provide first class support to all customers. Flexibility: You're not chained to your desk if that's not what works best for you. Management is open to a flexible schedule as long as you put your work in.

I'm on the West Coast while the rest of my team is on the East Coast. Being remote from the rest of the team makes continued learning difficult at times, but it pushes me to figure things out on my own. With that said, my team is always there to help or hop on a call whenever I ask!
