      When I was there the insurance benefits were worth dealing with the rumors of being taken over by another company.

      The business ethics of this company are one of the main reasons they were taken over by NYU.

      Pros

      Fair salary. Competitive vacation time, medical, dental, and vision plan. 401 K with 3% matching by employer.

      Cons

      Employees not treated as valued or appreciated. Create no win situations on a weekly basis in the work place. Unfair practices toward employess with great inequality between men and women. Rules change every day and different for different employees.
