Pros

Good product and story to sell. Lower-level employees are very kind.

Cons

Run. This is not the place for you. TOXIC work environment for women, BIPOCs, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. - Only allow work-from-home or remote work from white employees - Only give raises and promotions to white employees - Constant disrespect to female employees (skipping over them in meetings, mansplaining, and flagrant sexism - telling women they needed to smile more in meetings.) No clear communication about the health of the company from Leadership. One week the company could be "doing great" and the next it's suddenly our "worst quarter". Leadership clings to outdated sales and marketing techniques and pushes back on new ideas. Leadership took away the budget for team-building activities and then scolded employees for not being happy enough or creating a positive culture. The organization is understaffed for the amount of work that is expected of everyone. Anyone who takes on additional work is NOT compensated (in pay or title). Job descriptions are wildly inaccurate. Leadership will micromanage, bully, and harass employees. There is an expectation that you should work during PTO. Leadership kept pushing for employees to come back into the office during the height of the pandemic, despite working for a hospital and knowing the risk to employee health.
