Fast-Paced Environment: Can be challenging to keep up at times, especially with shifting priorities. Limited Structure: Sometimes processes are still being built or evolving, which requires flexibility and initiative. Wearing Multiple Hats: As with many startups, you may juggle responsibilities outside your core role.

I've had the best work years of my life here. Since I entered I've been given the oportunity to grow and learn a lot, all while having a competitive salary and time to spend in the things I love, they offered me unlimited PTO. The work enviorment is awesome, everyone is super nice and at least on my department the management coulnd't be better. Zero micronamagement: we rely on accountability and delivery, that's it. The best place to work
