Pros
You get a paycheck & fully remote work
Cons
Working at NPAccel was not a good experience. Most clients I worked with were NOT happy. They were paying exorbitant amounts of money for services that could be completed on a number of other platforms, for a fraction of the cost. There was insanely high turnover as well, so everyone on the client services teams had to take over the clients whose account managers had left. As such, there was consistently an overwhelming and unmanageable workload.
Then there was the fake toxic positivity. Everyone seemed to act like they would be happy to advise and support newer employees, but good luck scheduling a meeting with, let alone getting real help, from any of the managers.
The management and C-level teams loved to set impossibly lofty goals for us, only to change them a month later and then blame everyone below for being unable to hit their constantly moving targets. Absolutely zero accountability from the higher-ups.
I could keep going, but I will just say this: I have never worked anywhere where I felt so anxious, burnt out, and unsupported on a daily basis.
