      Management shares a common goal with all employees. Higher-ups empathize with their subordinates. Management also listens to suggestions / issues that employees have and actively work to address them.

      Cons

      Decision makers can be slow to grow the development team. The hiring process can take way too long

      Pros

      The product is extremely robust and customers love it. Your coworkers will be amazing, helpful, funny individuals.

      Cons

      Like any startup, there are some operational challenges to overcome, but there's a great team that identifies gaps and can/has/is making changes. They do listen to feedback, which is the sign of progress and a successful team.
