The company truly values collaboration and teamwork, everyone works well together, and it feels like a strong, connected team. They also invest in their employees through training and career development, providing plenty of opportunities for growth within the company. The pay is solid, and the company continues to refine its processes and communication to make things even better. Overall, it’s one of the best teams I’ve ever worked with!
Cons
The biggest downside is that the health benefits can be pretty expensive. That’s really the only complaint I have because, aside from that, the company offers great PTO, holiday time, and a good work-life balance.
