Pros

The team at Oneistox truly carries the company forward with their dedication and hard work. However, the leadership, especially the CEO, often feels insensitive and disconnected from the day-to-day operations. It seems like they lack practical experience in running the company, leading to unrealistic expectations of employees. While interactions on the surface appear friendly, there's a clear presence of brownnosing and favouritism, primarily towards graduates from their alma mater, SPA Delhi, to appease their egos.

Cons

Oneistox tends to focus on saving money, especially when it comes to employee compensation, often paying below what employees deserve. There's little to no recognition for ownership or contributions to your work. The CEO behaves like a know-it-all, excelling at convincing people to join the company but then engaging in manipulative and mentally exhausting behavior, which creates a toxic work environment.

Pros

I’ve had a long journey here, starting as a freelancer and eventually moving into a full-time role. From the very beginning, the environment was welcoming, and I was trusted with my work, which played a big role in that transition. Over time, I’ve worked across multiple roles and spent about a year as an individual contributor before moving into team responsibilities. One of the biggest highlights has been the opportunity to work closely with all three founders, each bringing a very different perspective, clear and sharp execution, long-term vision, and a strong push towards strategic thinking and quality. There’s a lot of collaboration across teams, and while building my own team, I’ve had the freedom to bring my ideas forward and shape things. Feedback, including constructive criticism, has been a constant, which really helps in improving. Being part of the learning vertical, I’ve had the chance to build and scale multiple projects, which has been a great experience. The team overall is young, energetic, and driven, which creates a strong environment for people who enjoy building things from scratch. Compensation growth, especially in the earlier years, has been encouraging and adds to the overall motivation.

Cons

Like most growing startups, there are phases where planning and priorities evolve quickly, so some level of adaptability is needed. There have also been a few structural changes over time as the organization has scaled, which can take some getting used to. The team has generally been lean, which creates opportunities for ownership, but can also mean handling a broader scope at times.
