      Management is good and treats you like a person and not an asset Good Salary Personal time balance

      Cons

      Some existing coworkers are rude and justify their rudeness by saying that they are from Texas. SDET job is almost non-existing. If you are an SDET you end up doing different tasks, nothing to do with SDET Benefits are a 2.5 of 5

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
