      - decent salary - benefits - ok, management - coworkers

      Cons

      - no stable job since depends how oil prices are ( i.e. now there is a lot of uncertainty about keep your job) - boring projects no much opportunity to grow - no flexible hours/ no telecommute allowed

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Cons

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
