      Pros

      Company is fairly stable and has some innovative technologies.

      Cons

      Normal fortune 500 type O&G company. If the industry gets bad they lay people off like it's going out of style. For most positions they seem to pay on the low end within the industry. Lots of turnover of employees becuase of this.

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Cons

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
