      Lots of benefits, more wages for long period workers, nice and clean working condition, and clear statements for works that I have to do.

      Cons

      You must be ready to do some hard and rough things. As this company says by it's name, most works require technics.

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
