A lot of change in the past few years with acquisitions and leadership changes.

Free yogurt when available (often). 3 day work week when not doing mandatory overtime 2-3 times a year thay last for weeks at a time. Many paid holidays.

Production and warehouse is SO hot year round because the machines are open-top and pushed air could compromise quality. You WILL experience heat exhaustion at some point. No matter how hydrated you stay. Inconsistent with their communication about days off. Voluntold to work on days off with little notice. Production management, in my experience was very cliquey. I didn't fit in so I was pushed out, even when my concerns were taken to higher management.
