Pros

Fairly well organised design control. Company has aspirations to grow with new product development and increased production capacity. Plenty of work to do. Clock in clock out, so you never need to do overtime. The owners mostly work in the company, are generally approachable, and you will meet them regularly around the workplace or at social events. Flat heirarchy so you are all equal, though not paid the same or as influential as each other, so nobody can tell you what to do except upper management.

Cons

Short term decision making and lack of resources can lead to inefficiencies and poor quality of work to meet deadlines. Not much professional development (eg. No training, teach yourself and learn on the job from peers). Plenty of teething issues as the company has many production expansions which share resources. High turnover, like a meat grinder, if you are on holiday too long, a few faces will change. Speak to any person, generally lower wages across most of company compared to current trends. So if you need higher pay do not work here. No work from home. Clock in clock out. So you get in trouble for being a little out of time. Flat heirarchy below management (though it wasn'talways like this), so no nice position titles, no gradual corporate ladder climbing. You are either management or not.
