The coworkers, occasional events, parties were really fun to work.
Cons
Rollover of mgmt and lack of concern for staff suggestions, supplies, and concerns. They will hire you and say they will work with your schedule, but sooner than later they say they can't. Never having enough staff to fill positions and end up floating staff to help in other areas.
