The company has gone through many changes and is still undergoing major transformations. There is high employee turnover and frequent firings behind the scenes. The new HR manager and team lack leadership experience, and it shows in their desire to control and closely monitor employees. Quite honestly, I regret joining this company and would not recommend it to anyone who does not want an unstable workplace environment. Although they are a bank, they keep budgets extremely tight and cut costs in ways that employees ultimately pay for. There are constant organizational changes, and some middle managers create ongoing tension and a lack of transparency by hiding decisions behind closed doors, leaving employees in the dark with broken promises.
