Job titles and ranking unclear. Hard to use time off for partial day. Must bid for time off a year ahead. Bidding ranking stats is a secret. Supervisors don’t know what your job is. Pay increases don’t keep up with cost of living. No holiday bonus. Subpar cafeteria food. Lunch break 30 minutes. No worklife balance. Personal lines reps can’t participate in company events or marketing events. Unskilled workforce management. No diversity and inclusion. Terrible service provided to customers that don’t speak English.
