Impossible expectations plus a ton of work - Insurance Agent NJM Insurance Employee Review

Performance metrics are impossible to keep up with. You can do great in 5 out of 6 areas, do ok in the last one and never get promoted. QA is terrible and set up for people for fail for reviewed calls. My supervisor was good but their supervisor was awful and very rude. Stressful job and not worth it.
