High level of training. Managers deals quickly with employees queries.
Cons
Payday on the 07 of each month does not help us. Most staff would prefer if the company go back to the end of the month pay date. Company does not offer any benefits to employees, such as sick pay, extra holidays (for staff who stays in the company for years)
