hate it - Anonymous employee NJ State Judiciary Employee Review

coming in from private industry was absolute culture shock. walking in you feel like it's 1960. team culture definitely not present. more attention is paid on trying to point fingers of blame rather than to resolve any problems or issues. many employees are just not very good at their jobs and are not motivated to better themselves. attempts to be proactive and prevent problems are totally ignored until AFTER problem occurs. totally backwards. unfortunately unions protect even the worst employees.
