Pros
They hire students without experience and provide them with basic training. Several times a year they throw big corporate parties. There is basic sports equipment in the floor kitchens.
Cons
The company culture is too pervasive and weird. The HRs call the company Fairytale Kingdom and the black money cash salary is called "happiness". Although I heard that they pay legally now. One of my colleagues had to communicate with a client as two persons so that the company can charge them twice. Overtimes are frequent but you can drink beer at work. When a person wants to quit, the HRs and upper management talk aggressively and may even threaten that they will endanger your future employment opportunities.
