Pros
Company culture for women is pretty strong. Female to male ration is good. I was working in NIIT Sec 34, Infocity Gurgaon, their common lunch area is spacious
Cons
A little slow company for beginners. Wierd thing, they don't fire employee (which might look like a good thing though) but they will push you to resign yourself
