Pros

There were some nice colleagues to work with. The office was nice.

Cons

Poor quality training. Poor quality/of of date IT systems and processes. Unrealistic workload and expectations of turnaround. HR won't listen to/act on/respond to complaints made about a manager. Although, funnily enough - they will listen to/act on complaints made by a manager about a employee further down the ladder. Ridiculous and overbearing audit compliance checks completed on every single procurement based document. This causes huge frustration/stress/delays for both NHSBS enployees, and the end customer. Myself/colleagues being spoken to in a consistently rude/patronising way by higher management.

- Some excellent staff and supportive managers -If you work hard and speak to the right people you can progress

Cons

-Some unwarranted favouritism is present -Certain individuals get away with not doing their job which can be frustrating
