Pros and cons - Waiting List Coordinator NHS Employee Review

Poor management, not enough staff in the right places, high pressure work environment with little autonomy in my role. Terrible communication. I joined as I was sold it as good place for career development , but was then put into consultation 9 months later and may lose my job.
