Not time flexible, no office hours confirmed, minimum pay, poor management

Most of employees don't even know what they are doing. They are not experienced enough to make a Product or Solution for a client. The company also don't have a clear vision about what they are doing. As a result, you will have to put your hands on different technologies. As a result, you will get the chance to learn and make yourself more capable and experienced.

Same as previous, neither the company nor the employees have a clear vision about what they are doing. This is why most of the time, you will feel frustrated to work along.
