Hours. Pay. Workload outside of purview of job that had nothing to do with the job, doing work other departments were supposed to handle

> flexible working hours (as you get to choose to work either in the morning session or afternoon session) which means you have plenty of time to do your own thing. > casual working environment. >friendly colleagues and mangers

> No basic salary , you will have to depends on your own savings if you are really interest to join them. > Yes, they do provide bonus like weekly reward, but imagine of getting 1% only from your weekly profit. And if any of that week has a stock exchanged holiday , you can kiss your reward goodbye. > Lack of training, they claim that they will provide training to the trader during the interview, but then when you join them, is more like self train rather than team training. > No career prospect in this company.
