      Working for a great cause at a unique organization

      Cons

      The combination of Founderitis and favoritism from the CEO make it feel more like a high school than a job. If the CEO is not favorable with you, you dont get good direction and then get reprimanded for not working according to the lack of direction.

      Pros

      Nice people, good work, only issue was there is too many people at the top making decisions which can be frustrating.

      Cons

      Too many cooks ruin the soup.

      Pros

      NGO Monitor does really good work but guidance is limited and then if you do not perform, even without that guidance, you are derided for it. If you are not in the social good graces of the top leadership of the organization you will not last long at the organization. There is a steady veteran leadership but high turnover, for a reason.

      Cliquey company culture, lack of guidance and benefits
