      Pros

      The new CEO is making the changes that need to be made. Not everyone will be on board, but I hope more companies shift to in person work culture, it’s something young professionals are craving. This is a great place to get settled and really grow a career

      Cons

      The CEO often gives anecdotes about his three daughters, they sound cool, but I don’t need to hear what a feminist you are all the time.

      Solid pay and benefits. Great people to work with.

      Cons

      RTO policy was suddenly instituted when the entire company was doing just fine working remote during and after the pandemic. Guess they have to justify the office renovation costs and the real estate.

      Great coworkers that are fun to work with Remote work

      Too many unnecessary Agile meetings that taking away productivity hours IT Management constantly changing directions of the tech stacks. Bait and switch on the contract, I told to do Cloud Engineer responsibilities but ended up doing Sys Admin, Security, DevOps, and Cloud Engineer jobs
