Good working Environment with better pay

i haven't found anything negative about this company

No pros to be found

CEO was unprofessional, unstable, cheap, and clueless. Would disappear for weeks at a time, then come back and breathe over your shoulder all day. Would switch from giving no direction to micromanaging like crazy. Constantly trying to start new ventures, have you do all the work, then abandon them. Laid off or fired people for no reason without warning, then hire a new batch of people and repeat. The only people giving good reviews must be the tech team in India because not a single soul in the nj office liked him or the job. All we talked about was how we couldnt wait to get out and find something better. Pay, PTO, and benefits were trash too.
