1) Corporate is not actively involved with all of the operations of each office, so the poor leadership in each are rarely held accountable.
2) This particular office is small and select leaders don't manage others well, and the office energy reflects it.
3) This particular office does not take care of their "worker" staff and many are paid below industry average for the roles. Some of the staff have been told "there is the door", which is never an effective leadership style.
4) Work life balance seems to apply to certain staff, but not equally distributed amongst all in this location.
5) Corporate does share that there are opportunities to grow within the Company overall. When you try to do so, it was very limiting and not well executed yet.
