      Flexible hours and good benefits package. Encourage growth from within organization. Friendly coworkers.

      Cons

      Training is very limited, especially when it comes to job role & responsibilities. Very corporate America job aka cubicle life. Very confusing trying to understand the company and objectives as a whole.
