5yThank you for taking the time to review NFP on Glassdoor. We agree we've got awesome employees and try to encourage all of us to grow and learn each day. We're disappointed to read of your experience working here as we pride ourselves on our PeopleFirst culture. COVID-19 has brought challenges to the business and we’ve worked hard to support our employees during this time. With over 300 offices across the U.S., Canada and the U.K., we do have a dedicated team of HR Business Partners who support all of our 5,700 employees. It can be difficult to resolve issues employees are experiencing without understanding where they work. I personally would welcome the opportunity to understand your concerns and experience with HR support if you’re comfortable reaching out to me.
