Pros
The people, the clients, the stability of the company, management is great, so many good things.
Sales pay is incredible (no feedback on other pay as I've never worked anything other than sales)
Cons
If you're floor sales, it is a retail/retail schedule, but the schedule has gotten quite a lot better in the recent years.
