Great company with fun team - Project Manager NEXGEN Asset Management Employee Review

NEXGEN is the best company I have worked for. Management appreciates, encourages and acts on employee feedback and ideas. With a smaller company, employees get the opportunity to get involved with many parts of the business. The work/life balance is awesome. Employees are passionate about helping clients and making sure the job is done correctly and efficiently. Clients become part of the NEXGEN family and are treated like individuals instead of numbers.

I honestly can't think of any major cons.

Great Work Environment. Everybody's opinion and idea matters. No bureaucracy. Fast-growing. You can do a lot and everybody can and is part of the software development life cycle and ecosystem. Love working here would not change a thing

Allow growing companies to have struggle putting processes in place where there are basic and none in some cases. But Nexgen is really good and addressing that as well.
