The pay could be better.

The people here are genuinely great — friendly, supportive, and collaborative. There is a good team spirit and everyone is willing to help each other out. Flexible working arrangements are a plus. Good for those who enjoy a fast-paced environment and are self-driven learners.

Management is heavily centralised with limited delegation, which can create bottlenecks and slow down decision-making. Work-life balance can be challenging as urgent tasks and communication can come outside of office hours. There is also a lack of formal processes and structured guidance for technical roles, which can make it difficult for employees to navigate their responsibilities effectively.
