It was a great company to work for pre-sale to NexDine and was even tolerable before one of the two original partners retired, but once that happened it became a pit of favoritism of which you can see from the addition of the good reviews periodically. Due diligence through their website and open jobs will show a revolving door of upper management and other positions. There is an absence of a true balanced human resource department, a lack of employee training resources, a constant regurgitation of limited resources and a false sense of mission.
