Pros
They are lenient with your hours.
Cons
They are very disorganized. They think that you'll know things that are going on with your job by osmosis alone. When you give advice to try to better the procedures they blow it off without thinking twice about it. I understand that every so often there is weekend work expected but they expect you to work on Sundays, and because of there religious reasons they expect you to work national holidays without complaints.
