- Very friendly team. You can get lost in a 20-minute conversation on just about anything with pretty much anyone on the team - Leadership is supportive, inspiring and takes an interest in each and every one of their employees. It's been a couple of years since I worked at NERv and they still reach out to see how I am doing from time to time - There's a strong value on culture at NERv from leadership to the rest of the team. Getting high-quality work done is just as valued as enjoying your time while doing it.

- In the very early stages of the team the composition of team members was homogenous in gender and background. But I had brought this up with leadership and over the years I have seen them take active steps to build a more inclusive and diverse team - koodos to the leadership for that!
