Avoid at all cost - Manager NEOM Employee Review

There is a big shift at NEOM. The perks once agreed at no cost such as Laundry, Accommodation and food are now chargeable to the employee. A bad move if you look after your career as you will be stepping back. The progress is not progressing as expecting as NEOM is terminating with 50% to 60% of their workforce. There is no stability as the Management don't even know how to progress. NEOM values are great in paper but disrespected by the management
