      Flexible hours and decent pay. CEO seems like he genuinely cares.

      Cons

      Middle management looks out for themselves. One of them frequently ignored contributions and replaced them with theirs, or took credibility for them. The culture is geared toward 20-somethings directly out of college - many of them are cut throat and were aggressive or rude. I felt uncomfortable throughout my stay at the company and wish I left sooner.
