Collaborative work environment working with passionate professionals who care about our environment. They do a great job of encouraging work-life balance and provide excellent benefits.

Given the structure of the organization and its collaborative focus, sometimes it can take longer than it should to get things done.

Mostly friendly, talented, mission driven staff. Decent salary and benefits. Management supportive when flexibility needed. Long-term funding commitments. Access to varied expertise across extensive stakeholder community.

Leadership team struggles to achieve lasting alignment and prioritization, dropping one shiny thing to chase another, and then another. Spends a lot of money on trainings for staff but models little commitment to organizational adoption. Touts an image of stakeholder respect and collaboration but poorly models both internally. Not a "listening" culture - meetings filled with people waiting to talk but little space for reflection and contemplation. New leadership seems increasingly crisis-driven.
