Good work mates, good city placement,

Poor management, 11 hour shifts, seniors don’t know what they’re doing and twiddling thumbs/scrolling YouTube during shifts most of the time. Any slip ups/small errors in your role you will be sent to a meeting room and basically shouted at a few times.
