Thus, you get to work on many technologies across the board. This gives enough scope for a person to learn - Being new, it gives out handsome doles in terms of money and perks
Cons
- As it is small, the pyramid of management is flat - leading to lesser accountability and more of 'my way is the right way' kind of decision - Clarity of what the company is upto is missing - being private, it has no obligations to share its financial as well as business achievement and targets. And management knows this fact - Long term vision missing. It is mostly short team quarterly vision, that too from the lower management - more out of formality than need. - non-influencing leadership
