The team and manager I worked on was absolutely wonderful, that’s when they weren’t all being laid off.
Cons
Three brothers who own it mainly care about themselves and not the rest. For example celebrated birthdays each month and one month took it mainly to celebrate one of their children vs. the hard working employees All the uppers are mainly men who are friends with the brothers. Empty promises - told something really promising to be found out later it was lies. Became strictly work in office vs having the chance to work at home if needed and barely any vacation/sick time to help with that. Always that fear of being laid off or fired. When I was there many people were being laid off or fired and you always had to live in fear if you would still have your job each day. If you had suggestions to try to help the business - keep to yourself as they don’t like when someone tries to help. Pay was not good for what someone should be making with this position - not to mention that even though in the handbook mentioned yearly raises - good luck actually getting it.
