Worked at Margaritaville. Management was good until they fired Davidson as their management company in April 2025. NDM hired unqualified managers with no training program and continue to use harassment and bullying with a "if you are not with me you are against me" mentality. That won't last long in this business. Seems like they will fire you over nothing. Waste of my time and efforts.
