People are nice and helpful

Nice people, small business so you’re known by most in upper leadership

Lack of upward mobility. Only ~250-300 employees total, so you’ll be stuck at your same position for a while, unfortunately. Best bet is to leave after a few years, gain more experience elsewhere, and return some time later
