-Prior history of being a forward thinking math education organization
-Pre-2013 management was very supportive
Cons
-Not accessible via public transport
-No room for career or professional growth
-Across department staff do not like to, and will not, work together
-Senior management is stuck in 1990s while the math education field is well into 2014
-Board of Directors has no respect for office staff
-Severly below market pay
-New management is making drastic cuts (reduce salaries, fire employees, dropping professional development services, etc.)
-Benefits far below those offered by other education NPOs such as NSTA, NCTE, etc.
-403B fund choices continuously disappoint
